1. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Full payment must be made at checkout for your order to be processed.

2. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days for within Lagos Nigeria,3 to 5 working days for outside Lagos Nigeria and 7 to 14 working days for international orders. Note that for clothings this may vary and it will be disclosed in the description.
- Estimated delivery time will be communicated at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. We are not liable for lost items due to incorrect information.

3. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Custom-made items or items bought on sale are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or wrong.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

- The item is damaged or defective upon delivery

- You received the wrong item, size, or color

- The item does not match the description on our website or catalogue

Note:

Refunds are not applicable for:

- Custom-made or bespoke items (as they are made specifically for your child)

- Items that have been worn, altered, or washed

- Items purchased on sale or during promotions

- Footwear that has been used or returned without original packaging

2. Time Frame for Refund Request

- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

- After this window, your item may still be eligible for exchange or store credit, but not a full refund.

3. Return Process

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

  - A clear explanation of the issue

  - Photo evidence (for defects or incorrect items)

2. Our team will respond within 48 hours to verify eligibility.

3. If approved, return the item in its original condition and packaging to our designated address.

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

- If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.

- Alternatively, you may request:

  - An exchange (where applicable)

  - A store credit for future purchases

5. Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g.wrong or damaged item).

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost returns.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

- Custom/bespoke garments

- Gift cards

- Sale or promotional items

- Items without original tags/packaging

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After this, we may have started processing or sourcing materials, and cancellations may not be possible.
